What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: the services you need, your project description, timeline and budget range, your name, email address and, if you add them, your company and phone or WhatsApp number.

We do not ask for anything else, and the form works without accounts or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan the project. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

Messages are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider, which processes the message on our behalf only to deliver it. The site is hosted by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs for security.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly service that counts visits and interactions in aggregate without cookies and without building profiles of individual visitors.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as the work and our legal obligations require.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to hello.osavofficial@gmail.com.
